Soil Conservation Planning

Under the Soil Conservation Act (1986), property plans may be approved which aim to improve soil quality and reduce soil degradation/loss on all types of land.

Soil Conservation Plans (SCP’s) are proven as the primary method of reducing sediment loss and managing soil conservation on your property.  Their key purpose is to define the expected overland flow (OLF) that your property should receive.

Registering an RPEQ certified SCP can provide your property with a legally binding document which defines your OLF ’take’ rights and those of your neighbour’s.

The team at EnviroAg Australia build detailed property and soil conservation plans. We can extract layers from an existing plan and/or create a digital plan and geo-register it to your property.
